This dress was a custom order for a young woman who said that she couldn't find anything that fit her properly! No problem for me, much rejoicing for her. Cost: $35

Wedding gown in eyelet cotton with a splash of color
The straps are softly gathered where they join the bodice to cap the shoulders, the blue in the bodice is framed in an optional lace that would trim the neck and below the bodice (hence my hatch marks), the skirt is full, and then the train is either dip-dyed (as painted) or enhanced with a godet insert that adds fullness to the back.

Silk and Lace MOB ensemble for Dec. 2007 wedding
Yes, the pictures are of a terrible quality - my workroom had appalling light, and my camera weighed about an ounce, it was such a tiny inexpensive thing. But I digress. Unstructured, silk charmeuse under a lined lace jacket. Hand sewn pearl buttons and loops, pieced lace edging with hand finishing. Est. price: $300

Regency dress from 2006
This frock was made quite some time ago, to wear to various social functions I was involved in. It's still one of my favorites. 100% cotton, lined bodice, hand finished. Est. price: $50
